She has experience working in grief and addiction counseling with both individuals and in family settings. Sherry works with both children and adults who are working through post-traumatic stress, attachment disorders, and ADHD management. Sherry uses a collaborative approach to counseling that incorporates and empowers her clients to find their ability to meet their greatest level of resilience and positive outcomes. Her approach to therapy incorporates Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Solution Focused, Mindfulness and Play Therapy. Sherry has completed a variety of Play Therapy trainings.
